Eagle Mountain - Terms and Conditions of SalesShipping All products are shipped F.O.B. either from the Eagle Mountain warehouse or a direct factory distribution point. This means that you are responsible for the item during shipping. We provide shipping assistance as a service to provide you with lower freight costs due to our shipping volume. You need to thoroughly inspect the goods upon receipt and determine if there is any damage. You are responsible for handling the claim in the event of shipping damage. Concealed Damage Costs associated with any return of goods to us, is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged Goods Returns All returns require a return authorization number (RA#) and requests must be made within 14 days from the initial ship date. To request a return please call us anytime from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Once a return authorization number is given it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks). When sending back merchandise the items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. You must ship back the product using the same freight company that delivered the product. This will help reduce the chance of product damage while in transit. We also recommend insuring all products, since you are responsible for damages caused by shipping. If any items are missing or damaged when we receive the product, the cost of replacement and/or repair will be subtracted from the refund. Warranty Exchange To request a warranty exchange, please call us any time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday. Once a return authorization number (RA#) is given, it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks). The customer will pay for any costs incurred to re-ship a new product out to you for a warranty exchange. If an exchange needs to be expedited you can request a "cross-ship" in which case we would charge your credit card for the second unit and give you a credit for the initial unit once it arrives undamaged back at our warehouse. Due to manufacturers' policies, certain items will have to be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer.
